I, LOLA MUSZ'EE, residing at 1358 Second Street, City of
Lorain, County of Lorain, Ohio, do make, publish and declare this
as and for m~? Last will a::d Testament, Hereby revokinr, any ar_d _ull
ot:~sr Wills and Codicils thereto, hzretofore rude by me, as follows:
ITEM ONE: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, ~to
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as is

practicable after my decease.
- ITEM TWO: I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Lois
E. Walling (born Lois Monosmith), all the property I may own or have
an interest ir. 3t t2:c ti:^e of zr.}• death, re31, pVrYonal or mixed,
provided she survives me, absolutely and-in fee simple.
In the event my sister, Lois E. Walling, does not survive
j me, then in that event, I give, devise and bequeath all of my s3.d

~ property to the three (3) following charitable corporations, equally,
~ one-third (1/3) to each:
1. One such equal share to Lorain County Community
College. of 1005 North Abbe Road, Elyria, Ohio,
or its successors.
2. One such equal share to Lorain Community Hospital
of 3700 Kolbe Road, Lorain, Ohio, or its successors.
3. One such equal share to St. Joseph Hospital of
205 West 20th Stream, Lorain, Ohio, or its successors,
to be used as a memorial to Dr. O. B. Monosmith,
from his daughters, Isis E. Walling and Lola Mustee.

ITEM THREE: I nominate and appoint my sister, Lois E.
Walling (born Lois Monosmith) as Executrix of this, my Last Will and
Testament, and request that she be required to giv no bond for the
