for any reason, be unable or unwilling to be appointed, or if,
after having been appointed, should she cease to act for any
reason, then I appoint Attorney Daniel A. Cook of Lorain, Ohio, as
alternate Executor, without bond and with the same power and
authority as granted to my original Executrix.
- My Executrix shall have full power and authority to re-
tain any investments in my estate in the same form as received by
her; to sell, transfer, dispose of, assign, lease and convey any
property, investments or securities constituting assets aE my estate,
including by way of example only, real estate, stocks and bonds,
without notice, advertisement, appraisement, valuation or court
order, or other legal formality, at public or private sale, for
such amount and on such terms as she may deem advisable. My said
Executrix has the further right, without court order or other
legal formality, to compromise any and all claims in favor of or
against my estate as she may deem proper.
