PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, MARY TOMICA, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on September 18, 1978, and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued to Petitioner on October 18, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a-final accounting contain-
ing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the
commnencement of administration of this estate, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and
debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for
the payment of all expenses of administration.
f 4. Petitioner has filed the required Preliminary Notice

and Report from with the Department of Revenue of the State of
Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court a Florida Non-
taxable Certificate as regards Florida estate taxes.
5. Petitioner has made or porposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distri-
bution.
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
and their respective addresses are:

7. Any objections to the report of receipts and disburse-
menu or the proposed distribution of assets must be filed within
30 days.
