1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the ~

decedent's son and as a residual beneficiary to the extent of one-

third (1/3). Petitioner's name and address are as set forth in
Paragraph 3, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as_ ~
set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, WILLIAM M. PETERSON, whose last known address
was Coker Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, whose age was 72 years,
and whose Social Security Number was 264-01-3146A, died on August 3,
1973, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this ~
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of

any who are minors, are:

ship 35 South, Range 39 East, thence run East
44.5 feet to a point, said point being the East
boundary of the Canal xight-of-way as recorded
