-for Willis Road; thence run South 319.85 feet;
thence run East 211 feet; thence run South 325
feet; thence run West 329 feet;_thence run
North 325 feet; thence run West 175.5 feet to
the Point of Beginning; less and excepting there-
from all rights of way. for public roads and
drainage canals and utility easements. $10,000.00
6. The decedent has been dead for more than three (3) years.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be distri- -
~buted or disposed of as follows:

A11 real property described in Paragraph 5 above.
9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner is
unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order of Summary.
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in the
Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
f knowledge and belief.
