The petitioner, ALICE M. LEAHY, alleges: cn n

1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
niece of the decedent and beneficiary as appointed under the will
of the decedent. Petitioner's name and .address are ALICE D. LEAHY,
7234 Tarryton Road, Dayton, Ohio, 45459; and the name and address of
petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, HELEN M. MILLAR, whose last known address
was 1920 North 51st Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, died on
July 22, 1979, , at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors are:

personal representative because she was so appointed under the
provisions of the decedent's will, a copy of which is attached hereto.
6. The nature and~apporximate value of the assets of
this estate are approximately $22,494.00.
