I, HSLEN M. MILLAR, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie County
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
make, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all other Wills and -
Codicils, by me heretofore made. _

I will and direct that all of my just debts and funeral ex=
penses and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practic- ~

It is my desire that upon my demise, no flowers be sent in my
memory, and that my casket remain closed before and during the
funeral ceremony.

I hereby direct that my Executor shall sell, as soon after my ~

demise as is possible, and for a reasonable price, any and all real!

estate owned by me at the time of my demise, in order t,`.at the pro-~
visions of Item ZI of this Will may be more expeditiously accom-
