I nominate and appoint ALICE D. LEAHY to be Executrix of this

my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond; and I hereby give
and grant unto my executrix full right and power to hold, manage,
invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge and lease all or
any portion of my property, whether real, personal or mixed, tangibl
or intangible, wherever situate, of which I may die seized or pos-
sessed; and I further give and grant to my executrix the right to
otherwise dispose of the assets of my estate at public or private
sale and upon such terms or conditions as -she may see fit; and the
further right to make, execute and deliver any and all contracts,
options, deeds or other instruments carrying out the authority here-
in given as she may deem necessary or~ proper for convenient and
advantageous management and settlement of my estate, and she may
make distribution either in cash or in kind, without regard for any

law or statute limiting the powers of executors..
Should ALICE D. LEAHY predecease me or for any other reason
fail to yualiFy as executrix hereof, or if having qualified, it
becomes necessary that a successor be appointed, then I appoint
RONALD D. MZLLAR as alternate executor hereof, with the same powers
~ above-enumerated.
E IN ~IITNESS WHEREOF, I, HELEN M. MILLAR, have hereunto set my
hand and seal on this the~day of , A. D., 1974, and
have signed my name on the preceding page, along the margin thereof;
hereby declaring the instrument contained on this and the preceding
page to be my Last Will and Testament.
