LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, KATHRYN DEIGHAN SMITH, has been appointed guardian
of the property of the above-named wards, and has taken the pre-
scribed-oath, and performed all other acts necessary to qualify
as such guardian: _ ~ ~

NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned judge of the above t
entitled court, declare KATHRYN DEIGHAN SMITH duly qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to act as ttie guardian of the
.property of ANNE MARIE DEIGHAN, NICHOLAS DEIGHAN, HELEN DEIGHAN,
PATRICK DEIGHAN, and THOMAS DEIGHAN, wards, with full power to
administer the estate of said wards according to law, and to

take possession of and to hold, for the benefit of said wards,

and profits from it.
