incompetent, and has taken the prescribed oath, and performed all other acts necessary. to qualify as
such guazdian:
NOW, THEREFORE, 1, the undersigned judge of the above entitled court, declare
CHARLES TODD, JR.
duly .qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as the guardian of the property of
MARY J. TODD McIZENZIE ,incompetent, with full power to administer the
estate of said incompetent according to law, and to take possession of and to hold, for the benefit of
said incompetent, all the property of said incompetent, and of the rents, income, issues, and profits
from it.
