.The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, JBANNBITB C. Oi~IiBNS, a/k/a JBANNBTTS H. OWBNS, a/k/a
JBANNBTTB HARRIS, a resident of St. Iucie County., Florida died on June 22, 1978
and letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on August 2, 1978.
2. Petitioner filed herewith a Final Accounting of all receipts and . '
disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment,
settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and
by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administ- _
ration.

4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal

representative, attorneys, accounts, appraisers or other agents, employed by the x
personal representative is set forth in the Final Accounting, previously filed. ~

~ 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns, with the

Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida,

and has obtained and filed with this court evi deuce of the eatiafactio~n of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets
of this estate as set forth in the Final Accounting hereto attached and mar::ed as
Exhibit "A".
