RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the sworn Petition_
of the Wife filed herein seeking a temporary restraining order,
without notice, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, RONALD BRENT SPENCER, be and he is
hereby restrained and en3oined from molesting, harassing, annoying,
interfering with, or using physical violence on the Wife, BEVERLY
JOYCE SPENCER,-BRIAN K. HICKS and RAYMOND W. HICKS.
2. That all and singular the Sheriffs of the State of
Florida are directed to render such assistance -to the Wife as -

may be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this
Order without further order of this Court.
