provided by law; and
WHEREAS, under-the law, it is the duty of the Department of Revenue, State of Florida, to issue a
warrant for the collection of the delinquent taxes, together with penalties, interest and costs of collection;
NOW, THEREFORE, you and each of you are hereby commanded to levy upon and sell the real or
~ personal property, or both, of the named taxpayer sufficient to pay the total amount due for- which
Heis liable to the State of Florida, together with costs of executing this warrant and
your proceedings thereon, and that you make return of this warrant to me, as Executive Director of the
Department of Revenue, State of Florida, at my office in the Carlton Building in Tallahassee, Florida,
when satisfied, and pay me the money which you collect thereon.
