WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of August, A.D,, 1979,
Between HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES DEVELOPERS, A General Florida Partner-
ship, grantor, and CHESTER C. CHAMBERS and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his

wife, whose post office address is 5604 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce,
of the County of St. Lucie, State of. Florida, grantee,
WITNESSETH, That said grantor, for and in consideration of the -
sum of Ten and no/I00 ($10.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable
considerations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the

described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida
to-wit

Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, HIDDEN
RIVER ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 18, Pages 14, 14A and 14B, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. Thence fun North 0°12'S2" West
100.00 feet more or less to the Mean High Water line as it
now exists of the Northfork of the St. Lucie River. Run
West along said mean high water line for a distance of 200
feet more or less to a point North 0°12'S2" West of the
Northwest corner of said Lot 1, thence South 0°12'S2" East
a distance of 230 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of
Lot 1,~ thence North 89°47'8" East along the North line of said
Lot 1, for a distance of 170. SS feet to a Point of Beginning,
lying and being in Section 27, Township 36 South, Range 40 East.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
