This matter came before the Court for Trial on the

issue of negligence and damages, and pursuant to the verdict
rendered in this action on July 24, 1979, wherein a duly
impanelled fury entered a verdict, signed by the foreperson,

- Daniel Maddaluna, assessing the damages of the Plaintiff, ;

TIMOTHY-PETER STARK, in the amount of $25,000.00 against the
Defendants, GERALD WILSON HAZELLIEF and STATE FARM MUTUAL
AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, and the verdict further assess-

ing the damages of the Plaintiff,-PAUL STARK, in the amount ofj
$1,650.00 against the Defendants, GERALD WILSON HAZELLIEF and
f STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, and further, i
the verdict having found the Plaintiff, TIMOTHY PETER STARK,

ORDERED that-the Plaintiff, TIMOTHY. PETER STARK, re-
' cover from the Defendants, GERALD WILSON HAZELLIEF and STATE ~
