Dear Judge Geiger: •
_ As you will recall, I was called to testify in behalf of
Attorney~Bryan Hugo approximately two weeks ago and was
treated most discourteously.
He was most inconsiderate with regard to my time and: my
schedule and I have not met this situation before fa
spite of the considerable time that I spend doing -
medical litigation work. He cost me not only 3 1/2 ;
~_hours of~total time, either. by design or negligence,
but also considerable disturbance with the public _
relations that is so important to maintaining a high - ~
quality medical practice. -
_ ~
He is now refusing to pay a fair bill for my time and ~
is offering an insulting compensation as a counter
proposal. I believe my bills to be fair and just and -
in some cases less than what other physicians charge ~
and in 8 years of practice have never had one questioned
for being too high.
Any support you could lend to see that this-is paid
would be greatly appreciated. I must add that even
full payment does not totally compensate for the
~ problems that were still created for me because of
his thoughtlessness. '

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
