ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs' Motion to Amend
the Complaint to add punitive. damages is granted, and it is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs may amend their
Complaint in any fashion they feel advisable. It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Second Amended Complaint is
legally sufficient except for the allegations of jurisdiction against
all foreign corporations. The Second Amended Complaint is dismissed

without prejudice in order for the'Plaintiffs to allege sufficient
jurisdictional allegations, specifically involving the issue of control
i
and other jurisdictional matters. It is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Inter-
rogatories and its Request for Production is granted, and the Defendants,

KROEHLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY and THE HON COMPANY, shall have thirty }
(30) days from the date of the filing of the Third Amended Complaint to
answer said Interrogatories and Request to Produce. It is further ~
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs' Motion to Test is
granted, but that Plaintiffs will give a minimum of sixty (60) days
notice to the Defendants as to the time, place and procedure for said
