ORDER TO PAY MONEYS FROM REGISTRY OF COURT -
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion for Payment
from Registry of Court of the Defendants, ROBERT L. BROWN and KATHLEEN J.
BROWN, his wife, pursuant to Section 74.071 Florida Statutes, F,S.A.,
for the payment of the sums of money set forth in the Amended Declara-
tion of Taking herein and the good faith estimates of value set forth
in the Order of Taking herein, as to Parcel No. 114, said sum having
been deposited in the Registry of this Court on the o3 ~ day of
August, 1979,- and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it

is, upon consideration, -
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court forthwith
pay to the Defendants, ROBERT L. BROWN and KATHLEEN J. BROWN, his
wife, the following total sum of money from said moneys deposited into
the Registry of t i Court, pursuant to the Order of Taking herein, on
the day o 1979, to-wit:
Parcel No. 4: $25,655.00
