This cause came on for trial .the 10th daffy of August, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.. The marriage between ROBERT M. PARNELL
and SHARON K. PARNELL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
f and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody~of DAMON CASON PARNELL, minor child of the
~ parties, is hereby awarded to.SNARON K. PARNELL, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to ROBERT M. PARNELL:.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper
regarding the minor child.
