RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard upon the sworn Petition
of the Wife filed herein seeking a temporary restraining order,
without notice, and the Court being fully advised in the premises.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, NORMAN J. BESSETTE, JR., be and he is
hereby restrained and. enjoined from molesting, harassing, annoying,
interfering with or using physical violence on the Wife, CAROLYN
BESSETTE.
2. That all and singular the Sheriffs of the State of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may
be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this Court. ~
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this ~ day of August,
1979.
