A. STONE, and petitions this Honorable Court as follows:
1. That the deceased did, upon his death, ovrn a

on file in this matter, which comprised tan (10) acres of

vacant land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.

as Executor, he has made diligent effort to sell the above

buyers through various real estate brokers in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and has been unsuccessful

from N. EVANS HELSTROLI, a duly licensed realtor in Ft. `3
Pierce, Florida, wherein Mr. Helstrom stated that there
vas an offer for this property in the aawunt oP One Hundred '
and no/100 Dollars ($100.04), which offer was ~efuaed.
