PETITION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
Petitioner, EDGAR A. BROWN, Esquire, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of JOHN V. NELSON, Deceased, moves the Court for an
Order confirming the sale of the Florida real estate making up a
part of this estate, and alleges:
1. As set forth in the Petition for Administration of the Estate,
the hereinafter described real property was sold to ELIZABETH MYERS .
and MARY MYERS pursuant to Petition and Order of the Domiciliary.
Proceedings. An exemplified or certified copy of the domiciliary
proceedings have been admitted to probate and record in this county.
2. The terms of the domiciliary petition requesting the i
order of sale are incorporated in this petition by reference.
3. The real property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida is described as:
The North half (N 1/2) of the North half (N 1/2) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 4, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, less and excepting rights-of-way for public
roads and drainage canals.
4. The express purpose of this petition for an order confirming
the 1950 sale of subject property is to establish muniments and
root of title in order to clear title to the Florida real estate ~
that was the subject of the domiciliary sale.
' S. As set forth in the domiciliary proceedings and in the
Petition for Administration of this estate in Florida, there are
no known heirs of the decedent and the moneys obtained from the
sale that occurred in 1950 have been disbursed pursuant to court
