ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
THIS CAUSE came onto be heard upon the Petition of
EDGAR A. BROWN, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
JOHN~V. NELSON, Deceased, for an Order confirming the sale of
the hereinafter described property situate lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to ELIZABETH MYERS and MARY MYERS,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the sale of the hereinafter described
real property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, .
more particularly described as follows:
The North half (N 1/2) of the North half (N 1/2) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 4, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, lying and-being in St. Lucie County,
.Florida, less and•excepting rights-of-way for public
roads and drainage canals.
to ELIZABETH MYERS, single, and MARY MYERS, spinster, by Order
of the Domiciliary Probate Court of Cook County, Illinois, dated
October 4, 1950, and evidenced by a warranty deed dated January 26, 1951,
from the Domiciliary Executor, JOHN V. LAMBERT to ELIZABETH MYERS,
single, and MARY MYERS, a spinster, as recorded in Deed Book 163,
• at Page 63~, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
DONE and ORDE ED at rt Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of A.D., 1979.
