.THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Motion of
Defendant, FIRST BANK AND .TRUST COMPANY OF BOCA RATON, TRUSTEE, as
to Parcel 109-R, the Court having heard argument of counsel in this
cause and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that said Motion be and~the same is hereby granted,
and it is further
ORDERED and DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court shall
forthwith pay from the funds on deposit in the Registry of this Court
in the above-styled cause, as to Parcel 109-R the following amounts
E to the following persons:
BRIGHAM, REYNOLDS, BYRNE & MOORS, P.A.
as attorneys for First Bank and Trust
Company of Boca Raton, Trustee, as to
Parcel 109-R----------------------------- $ 37,535.00
and it is further
ORDERED that BRIGHAM, REYNOLDS, BYRNE & MOORS, P.A., as
attorneys for the above-named Defendant, shall pay the prorated real
property taxes, as determined by the St. Lucie County Tax Collector,
from the funds paid to it as soon as practical after the receipt of
said funds.
