AGREEMENT FOR DEED f ~
THIS AGREEMENT FOR DEED executed this 1~ ay of June ~ l
1978 bstween ST. LUCIE ROCK AND SHELL COMPANY, a corporation, Seller, and
JOEY A. JACOBS and DEBORAH H. JACOBS, husband and wife, Buyers, in which
the Seiiai ayraaa to convey and assess to the Buyer, or their heirs, in
fee simple, clear of alI encumbrances whatsoever, by good and sufficient
Warranty Deed, the following described property in St. Lucie County,

Florida, provided the Buyer makes the payments hereinafter called for,
as agreed; said property being described as follows: r
Apartment No. 303, Building 1, of ISLAND HOUSE CONDOMINIUM,
PHASE 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium and
all exhibits thereto dated May 23, 1973, recorded May 29,
1973 in Official Records Book .214, Pages 1858-1933, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all of its appurtenances accordinq~to the
Declaration. Subject, however, to all of the provisions
of the Declaration of Condominiumf and the party of the .
second part assumes and agrees to observe and to perform
2~~.s obligations under the Declaration, including but not
limited to the payment of assessments for the maintenance
and operation of the apartment and condominium.
The purchase price of the above-described property is $30,000.00, with
a down payment of $3,000.00, with a balance due of $27,000.00, payable
over twenty (20) years at 10$ interest, which provides a monthly payment
of $260.56 per month, the first payment due on the 1st day of July ,
1979, and on the same date of each month thereafter for twenty (20) years.
The Buyers agree, in addition to the payments called for under this
Agreement For Deed, to pay the following:
1. The transfer fee which will be charged by the Condominium
Association for the transfer of ownership on its records from the Seller
to the Buyer, which transfer should be made at the time of the recording
of this Agreement.
2. To pay all costs for the recording of this Agreement, in-
cluding stamps and taxes due thereunder. y
3. To pay all taxes subsequent to December 31, 1979.
4. To pay all maintenance charges by the Management Corporation
for maintenance and recreation leases concerning said Condominium.
5. Secure an amortization schedule at their own expense if they -
need one, and provide a copy to the Seller, said amortization schedule to
be for $27,000.00 at 10$ interest for twenty (20) years.
