It is mutually agreed that upon making the payments due here- under, the said deed shall be executed and delivered to the Buyer for recording, and it is further agreed that the Buyer shall have the right of prepayment at anytime without penalty. The obligations and benefits under this Agreement shall extend to the personal representatives, heirs and assigns of the respective parties to it. This contract is non-assignable without the expressed written consent of the Seller and the Seller can require payment in full in the event that the Seller does not approve the transfer of this contract. In the event of a foreclosure of this Agreement For Deed the Buyer shall be responsible to pay the Seller's reasonable attorney's fees and Court costa.
