COME NOW the Plaintiff, FRANK LOBE, as parent and natural
guardian of MATTHEW LOBE, a minor, and the Defendant, RICHARD -
WATSON, by and through their undersigned attorneys, and stipulate
and agree that the Plaintiff be granted an extension of time in
which to comply with the Interrogatories filed herein by the
Defendant which said extension of time is for twenty days from
August 6, 1979, the date said compliance to the Interrogatories
was due. -

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff is hereby granted
a twenty day extension from August 6, 1979 within which to -
comply with the Interrogatories filed by the Defendant.
