Notice is hereby given that PARLIAMENT INSURANCE COMPANY, De-
fendant, Appellant, appeals to the District Court of Appeals, Forth
District. of Florida, the order of this court rendered on May
15, 1979, rehearing denied on July 13th, 1979. The nature of the
order is a declaratory judgment which held that PARLIAMENT INSUR-
ANCE COMPANY was bound, through a policy of insurance existent
between it and BUSINESS SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION CORPORATION, INC. to
defend ~
on all counts of the above caption suit and which held that BUSI-
NESS SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION CORPORATION was covered by that
policy of insurance.
Notice is also hereby given that PARLIAMENT INSURANCE COMPANY,
Defendant, Appellant, appeals to the District Court of Appeals,
Fourth District of Florida, the order rendered by this court on
July 13, 1979 which ordered PARLIAMENT INSURANCE COMPANY to pay the
sum of $2,900.00 to Edgar A. Brown, member of the law firm Lloyd and
Brown, Counsel for BUSINESS SECURITY AND. INVESTIGATION CORPORATION,
