The undersigned, as the Ancillary Personal Representative
of the above estate, alleges:
1. John Thomas Nevling died on September~4, 1976, leaving
a Last Will and Testament, which was offered for probate in E1 Paso
County, Colorado, the residence of the decedent. _
2. Petitioner was .appointed as Ancillary Personal Repre-
sentative on February 14, 1978 in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. There are five (5) beneficiaries of this estate, namely:
