5. The above described property was conveyed to Alto Adams

oa February 28, 1978 pursuant to an order entered by this Court.

The assets of the ancillary estate consist of the balance due on
that certain promissorq note dated February 28, 1978 in the principal -
amount of $22,18?.50 (secured by a purchase money mortgage recorded
in O.R. Book 282 at page 2125 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.) -
6. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
the State of Florida and has obfained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
federal and Florida estate taxes.
Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets -
of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays as follows:
1. That an order be entered declaring that no further
administration is necessary.
2. That the ancillary personal representative be directed ,
to transfer the assets of the ancillary administrat-ion to the domiciliary-
personal representative for distribution to-the devisees according
f.
to the terms of -the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
3. That the ancillary personal representative be discharged
from any further liability in connection with the ancillary adminis-

tration.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
