ASSET FOR DISTRIBUTION
1. Balance due on that certain promissory note dated
February 28, 1978 in the principal amount of $22,187.50 (secured
by ~a purchase money mortgage recorded in O.R.-Book 282 at page
2125 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida), to be
distributed to Mary Nevling as legal-guardian of the person and
property of John Thomas Nevling, Jr., a minor..
(A certified copy of the Amended Letters of Guardianship
is attached hereto).
