PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL
The Petition of WILLIAM C. DUGGAN, Personal Representa-
tive of the-Estate of STEPHANIA F. DUGGAN, deceased, by and through
his undersigned attorney, respectfully shows:
1. STEPHANIA F. DUGGAN died on December 20, 1973, and
on June 8, 1979 William C. Duggan:qualified as Personal Representa-
tive of her estate, and said Personal Representative deems it for
•the best interest of the estate that the following described property
of the estate be sold:
Lot 12, Block 3, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on .file in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida:
2. It will be to the best interest of the estate to

sell said property at private sale; the•said Personal Representative
has entered into a contract for sale dated July 31, 1978 with EDWIN
H. BAWLING and DORIS P: BAWLING for One Thousand Eight Hundred 01,800.00)
Dollars cash.
3. A Consent to Sale of Property, Waiver of Bond, Account-
ings and Notices, has been signed by each of the heirs of the estate
of STEPHANIA F. DUGGAN, and same are filed herewith.
WHEREFORE, it is prayed that an Order allowing the Personal
Representative, William C. Duggan, to sell said property be entered,
authorizing sale to be made at private sale to Edwin H. Bawling and
