ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of WILLIAM C. DUGGAN, Personal Represen-
tative of the Estate of STEPHANIA F. DUGGAN, deceased, for leave to
sell certain property described in the Petition coming on this day
to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that it is to the best
interest of the estate that said property be sold at private sale to
the parties and under the terms set out in said Petition; and it
further appearing that each of the heirs of the estate have consented
to said sale, and the court being fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said WILLIAM C. DUGGAN,
Personal Representative of the Estate of SIEPHANIA F. DUGGAN, deceased,
be and he is hereby authorized to sell the following described pro-
perty at private sale:
Lot 12, Block 3, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to EDWIN H. BAWLING and DORIS P. BAWLING for
the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred ($1,800.00) Dollars cash.
