This cause came on-for trial the 13th day of August,
19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
c
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between .them and from the,
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ADAM L. STOCKMAN age 3 years
and VICKY L. STOCKMAN, age .7 .years,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
CINDY L. STOCKMAN with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Petitioner, VICTOR A. STOCKMAN.
3. SUPPORT. Co.~nmencing the 17th day of August
1g 79~ VICTOR A. STOCKMAN shall pay per month
CINDY L. STOCKMAN the sum of $40.00 for the support of
the child(ren) named above.
