FINAL .JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF :KARRIAGE _
This cause came on for trial the 13th day of August,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation-
ship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; it
is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RUFUS
LEE WILLIA*~iS and LAWANNA LYNN WILLIAMS be, and the same is, hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. The Stipulation and Agreement
between the parties as to property settlement was admitted into evi-
dence and is incorporated by reference herein and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions of the Agreement.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this 13th day of August, 1979.
