FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having-come on for trial the 13th day of August, 1979, upon the pleadings flied herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the de~~reanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the .parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that - - the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I~ 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JULIE BARTLETT, Wife, I k and JOHN BARTLETT, Husband, be and the same is-hereby dissolved, and the arties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the P bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the • obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement entered into by the parties is ratified and the parties are ordered to comply therewith. 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy • of any future pleading to the address required to be supplied to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
