This cause was-heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption filed
in this cause and the minor's natural tether, SHIRLEY ANN RYLEY,
having given written consent to the adoption of her children,
WOODARD WINSTON PHILLIPS, IV and ANGELA TRESE PHILLIPS, by the
Petitioner herein, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor children sought to
be adopted and that the best interests of the children will be
promoted by the adoption and that the children are suitable for
adoption by Petitioner, ALLAN L. RYLEY, and being otherwise fully .
advised in the premises, ft is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as WOODARD WINSTON
PHILLIPS, IV and the minor child known as ANGELA TRESE PHILLIPS,
are declared to be the legal children of the Petitioner, ALLAN L.
RYLEY, and are given the new names of WINSTON ALLAN RYLEY and
ANGELA TRESE RYLEY, respectively, by which names they shall
hereafter be known, and it is -
ADJUDGED that these children shall be the children and legal
heirs of the Petitioner, ALLAN L. RYLEY, entitled to all rights
and privileges, and subject to all obligations of children born
to Petitioner, ALLAN L. RYLEY, in lawful wedlock.
