AFFIDAVIT
Before me the undersigned authority, personally appeared
ROGER'~atTRfiS , who after being duly sworn, deposes
- and says:
1. I am the Clerk of Court and custodian of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County and am personally familiar,
through my work, with the subdivision plats on record in St.
Lucie County.
" 2. On March 1, 1940 there was only one subdivision plat
of record found in Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40
,East which contained a Lot 12 and Lot 13, in a Block 1, and
.that said subdivision plat is named St. Lucie Gardens e
and is recorded only in P~~T.Book 1, Page 35,
Public Records of St. Lucie County.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
