HomeMy WebLinkAbout1421 RIDER TO WARRANTY DEED FROM GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO HERITAGE FEDERAL SAVINGS b LOAN ASSOCIATION Provided that such restrictions do not operate to prevent . Grantee from erecting and operating its planned savings and loan facilt~ty containing approximately 1500 square feet of interior floor space and perms is satisfactory ingress and egress to and from U.S. /~l and St. Lucie Boulevard. This Deed is executed subJect further to the specific restriction that prior to the corm~encement of construction of any kind, in- cluding but not limited to original construction and subsequent or future alterations or modifications, Grantee agrees that all plans and specifications shall be submitted for approval to Grantor. Grantor shall review the data submitted as to aesthetlcal, functional and economical conformance with the area and its proposed development and Grantor agrees that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The parties acknowledge and agree that the premises shall be used for the sole purpose of erecting and operating a Savings ar~d Loan institution or other bank and any modification or change in such use will require the consent and approval of Grantor.
