PARCEL 1. That part of Lot 166 and the North 100 feet of Lot 167
of MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT 3, as~per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 6, page 62, of ~he Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as ~
follows, to wit:
Begin at the Southwest corner of the aforesaid tract of land,
run East parallel with the North line of said Lot 167 a dis-
tance of 254 feet to a point, thence turn and run North
parallel with the West line of said Lots 166 and 167 a distance
of 230.6 feet to the South line of that certain property con-
veyed to John W. Martin,- as Trustee of the property of the
Florida East Coast Railway Company, and not individually,
filed August 11 1954, in Deed Book 193, at page 165 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence turn and
run West along said South line a distance of 254 feet to the
West line of said Lot 166, thence turn and run South along
said West line of said Lots 166 and 167 a distance of 230.6
feet to the point of beginning;
PARCEL 2. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 10, all lying in PINAR SUBDIYISION UNIT
FOUR, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 15, at page 9 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
