ADDENDUM
ADDENDUM to mortgage from HENRY C. JOY and ANN M. JOY, his
wife, to PAUI.INE COLSON, dated ; /9'1

The following is hereby incorporated as a condition
of that second mortgage dated ~ /g'7 9 .
It is understood between the parties that there
is presently a first mortgage of record in favor of VENTURE
ACCEPTANCEp CORPORATION, as reflected in OR Book. 0202 , at
Page ~~9-/' of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Mortgagee agrees to make payments on said
mortgage. When the balance hereunder is reduced to the
outstanding balance on said first mortgage then mortgagors
may assume said mortgage directly and this mortgage shall
be satisfied upon approval of first mortgage by the mortgagee.
