LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Commencing at the intersection of the North line of the SE 1/4 of
Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, and the Northeasterly
right of way line for Angle Road; thence run Southeasterly along sai
right of way 555.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue South-
easterly along said right of way 205 feet to the point of beginning;
thence run Northeasterly at a right angle to said right of way line
160 feet to an iron pipe; thence continue Northeasterly at a right
angle to said right of way line 140 feet to an iron pipe; thence run
Southeasterly along a line parallel to the Northeasterly right of wa
for Angle Road 252.50 feet to a point; thence run Southwesterly at a
right angle to the last described course 140 feet to a point; thence
run Northwesterly along a line parallel to the Northeasterly right o
way line for Angle Road 62.5 feet to a point; thence run Southwester
1 at a-point on the Northeasterly right of way for Angle Road;
thence run Northwesterly along said right of way line 190 feet to -
the Point of Beginning.
