RESOLUTION NO. 79-67
. WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was. published
at least fifteen (1S) days prior to said hearing and all owners
of property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing,
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described requests for changes in
- zoning classification be GRANTED, and
WHEREAS,-the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on August 7, 1979 after first publishing notice of said
hearing in the News Tribune on July 23, 1979,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I-T RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- -
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
7th day. of August, 1979, as follows: -
1. That the zoning of the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 3,4,12,13 and 14, Block 4, Section 31, Township 36
South, Range .41 East, Plat 1, St. Lucie Gardens, as recorded
in Plat Book :1, page 36, public records of St. Lucie County
owned by FRANCIS A. REYNOLDS, be and the same is hereby changed
from A-1 (agriculture) to R-4A (multiple dwellings). -
I 2. That the zoning of the following described property. in .

St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
All that part of the following described property not now
zoned R-1C:
The 9E~ of the SEA and that part of the SW~ of the SEA
lying east of Sunrise Boulevard; all in Section 33,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie-County;
less and excepting therefrom road rights of way and
being subject to poKStl:iae easeatent described as the
north 40 feet of the south 60 feet of the aforesaid
- SEA and that part of the SW's of the SEA lying east of
Sunrise Boulevard
owned by TREASURE COAST SERVICE CORPORATION, be and the same is
- hereby changed from B-1 (neighborhood business) to R-1C (residential,-
single family dwellings).
