THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of August,. 1919, between
ANNE V. MEEKS, as Personal Representative of the Estate of MAUDE E. YAIL,
Deceased, party of the first part, and CHARLES J. LOTT and E. JUANITA LOTT,
his wife, parties of the second part., whose address is 2428 Natta Boulevard,
Bellmore, New York 11710:
NITNESSETN
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of =10.00
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,.
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in
