mises. releases, rnnveya and confirms unto the grantee. all that certain land situate in
County. Florida. viz:
That part of Government Lot 4 of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East lying East of the East right of way line of FEC
Railway; bound on the-East by the Indian River, on the South
by a line located as follows:
From the SE corner of said Section 15, run West along the South
line of said section 404.15 feet to a point, thence through a
deflection to the right of 90 degrees, run northerly 1093.87
feet to a concrete monument situate in the East right of way
line of said FEC Railway, and being the point of beginning of
the described line; thence through a deflection to the right of
90 .degrees run East 418.06 feet to a concrete monument on the
West right of way line of South Indian River Drive, thence
continue East 122.47 feet, more or less, to the waters of the
Indian River and the end of the described line;
And bound on the North by aline located as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of said Section 15, run Nest on the
South line of said section 443.30 feet to a point; thence through
a deflection to the right of 90 degrees run northerly 1242.53 feet
~ to a concrete monument in the East right of way line of FEC-Railway,
~ said monument being the point of beginning of the within described
line; thence through a deflection to the-right of 90 degrees
04 minutes 23 seconds run 369.83 feet to a concrete monument on
the West right of way line of South Indian River Drive, thence
continue along the same bearing 119.43 feet, more or less, to
the waters of the Indian River and the end of the described line,
TOGETHER WITH riparfian right.
This deed is given subject to that certain mortgage frao grantees

herein to First Federal Savfings & loan Association of Port Pierce
dated July 6, 1977, recorded July 13, 1977, in O.R. Book 270,
page 2820, Public Records, St. Luce County, Florida, which
said mortgage grantees herein assume and agree to pay.
