THE COURT, in the above styled case, having issued an Order to the Respon-
dent based upon the Petitioner's allegation that Respondent was in arrears in hts
payments for support as provided by Order of this Court, and it now appearing to
the Court that the Respondent has remitted to the Clerk all sums alleged to be due
from~him at this time, plus Court Costs, now, therefore,' it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of Contempt issued be and the same is
hereby dismissed. _
