ORDER ON CONTEMPT
This matter having come to be heard on August 3, 1979,
on Motion For Contempt and the Respondent, CHARLES KNOELLER,
being duly served and having failed to appear, and the Court havi
considered the evidence, and having further considered an affidavi
submitted by the. law firm of SULLIVAN & COBB herein,. and the
Court having found that the Respondent, CHARLES K.YOELLER, has
failed to pay a balance of attorneys fees and costs in the amount
of $280.00, as well as costs of effecting service in this action
in the amount of $7.50, for a total amount of $287.50, and the
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the said CHARLES KNOELLER is hereby adjudged to
be in contempt of this Court for his failure to pay attorneys fees
and costs as directed by said Order.
~ 2. That the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County, Florida, and
all and singular, Sheriffs of the State of Florida, are hereby
directed to imtediately take said Respondent into custody and to
incarcerate him in said County Jail for a period of 10 days, unle
the said Respondent purges himself by paying said sums to the law
i
firm of SULLTVAN & COBB.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, ~
