DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on -for hearing the 16th day of July, A.D.,
1979, on the Wife's Petition to Amend the Final Judgment-
Dissolution of Marriage entered by this Court on January 29,
1979, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. HOLLY ANN LAWRENCE be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name of HOLLY ANN PITTENGER and to use
j the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

2. That in all other respects the original Final
~ Judgment-Dissolution of Marriage entered by this Court on
January 29, 1979, shall remain unchanged and binding upon the

{ parties hereto.
