and SAMUEL LLOYD, Husband. _
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This matter having come on to be heard this 17th day of
July, 1979 on the wife's request for temporary relief as set
forth in-the petition filed herein, and the Court having heard
testimony and 'considered the evidence, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of the minor-child of the parties, to-wit: _
REGINA RENA LLOYD, shall be awarded to CATHY LLOYD, with reasonabl
rights of visitation reserved to SAMUEL LLOYD, including rights
of one-half day of visitation on Sunday-, away from the wife's
residence.
2. That the husband shall pay directly to the wife the
sum of $37.50 per week for support of the minor child,. commencing
on Sunday, July 22, 1979, and to be paid on each and every Sunday
thereafter. _

3. That the husband is hereby restrained from harassing,
annoying, interfering with, or otherwise, in any manner, physicall
~ - injuring or harming the wife. In the evert the husband violates
this Order, the wife may contact the sheriff's department of
Saint Lucie County, Florida and advise such department of such
violation of this Order, and the sheriff's department, upon reques
of the wife, shall im~aediately take the husband into .custody and
bring the husband before this Court at the earliest possible date
thereafter.
4. That the husband shall pay to the Iaw firm of Sullivan
and Cobb the sum of $100.00 within 60 da}s from the date of thin
