This cause came on for trial the 13th day of August,
19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties. is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The .marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between th~a and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DANA M. PARKER, age 3 years,
born 9/7/75 ,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner
DORZS E. PARKER with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to Respondent, MILTON PARKER.
- 3. SUPPORT. Co:tunencing the 17th day of August,
